A homeowner in one of your ZIPs has completed a full property scope and matches one of your trade categories. You see project type, ZIP, and budget range up front; contact details unlock when you click Accept.

What happens if the homeowner doesn't reply?

If 7 days pass after you accept and the homeowner hasn't replied to any outreach (and you've logged at least one outreach attempt in CurbReady), we automatically credit you 1 free lead. No manual review.

Can I cancel?

Yes — instantly. There's no subscription to cancel. Stop accepting leads, and you stop being charged. Delete your account from the dashboard anytime.

What if there aren't many leads in my area yet?

You only pay when you accept. No leads = no charges. We'll notify you when sellers in your service area start completing scopes.
